Introducing Fan Hu, an accomplished musician and Ting's husband. Fan's musical journey began at the young age of 6 when he started learning the violin. He went on to study Violin Performance at the prestigious Wuhan Conservatory of Music, and has been teaching violin for over 25 years, both in China and in Silicon Valley, CA.
After immigrating to the US, Fan continued his musical education by learning the viola from his mentor, Yun Jie "Jay" Liu, a renowned Assistant Principal Viola at the San Francisco Symphony and viola professor at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Fan has been teaching viola in Silicon Valley for more than a decade, and is passionate about sharing his love for classical music with his students.
In addition to teaching, Fan is a dedicated enthusiast of classical music, and listening to opera is one of his favorite ways to unwind. With his extensive experience and expertise in music, Fan is committed to helping his students reach their full potential as musicians.
